Refund & Returns Policy – Shriram Prints

1. Custom Products

  • All products are custom-made.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is printed or dispatched.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only possible if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before printing).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
  • Verified cases will result in either:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Full refund of the order value

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders cancelled after printing or dispatch
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Shipping delays caused by courier or external factors
